One Month Left Before the NCO Work and Witness Trip to Alaska!

It is hard to believe but it has been a year since the NCO District Work and Witness trip to Alaska was announced at the District NMI Convention, and now the trip is only a month away. The district trip will run from August 6 to 21, 2013. The objective will be to complete various maintenance and construction projects at the Maranatha Campground in Big Lake, Alaska, located north of Anchorage, Alaska.

The team officially consists of 15 people but a couple other familiar faces from the NCO district, Chuck and Joanne Nicholson will already be there to great us and organize our efforts. The 15 traveling north from Ohio on August 6 includes Tim and Connie Sharrock, Denny and Jan Taylor, Derek and Rebecca Amert, Nancy Ritterbach, Mary Shafer, Deborah Hurlbert, Kevin Hughes, Don Beecher, Kenneth McKenzie, Charles Raub, Lester Champer, and Edward Kimmey.

The team would appreciate your prayers as we prepare spiritually, mentally and physically for the work God is going to do these two weeks in Alaska.
