We Are On Our Way!

The NCO Work and Witness team is on its way to Alaska! We left Mount Vernon First Church at 9AM. Now some of us are taking advantage of the free WIFI at Port Columbus. as we wait for the first of three planes. Out first flight of the day is on time and we will be airborn about 12:30 bound for Atlanta (seems like you alays have to go to Atalanta to get anywhere) and then on to Seattle and finally on to Anchorage. We will touch down in Anchorage about 5AM Eastern time (1AM Alaska time). So sleeping on the planes will be the objective. Everyone is in good spirits and excited to get to work at the District Camp in Big Lake, Alaska. I'll be sure to log in and report when we arrive and get settled in at the campground tomorrow.
